About Erica
I majored in Biology in college and I am also 7 th grade science teacher for the last 4 years. I am currently getting my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction education.
I love teaching and inspiring others to achieve success. I will prepare my students for their up coming tests and to better prepare for class. My major goal is to give each of my students the tools the need to master biology.
I went through an alternative teaching program that better prepared me for my teaching career. I aspire to be a college professor.
I have a Bachelor's degree in biology. I have 4 years experience in teaching life science to 7 the graders. I am also, currently getting a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

I will first find out what the student already knows. This will help me develop a lesson plan geared to word each student. Then I will identify their learning style. After developing a lesson plan and identifying their learning style I will create lessons and activities to help each student according to their learning styles.
I was a student mentor in college for student at a local church and I am currently working closely with 8th grade math students to prepare them for STAAR and 7 the grade science students.
Look for those persons who will prepare lesson specifically for you. Who will give you the proper tools you need to study at home when you are not in tutoring. Also, give you techniques to breakdown test questions.
