-4 Years of Experience at Equinox Sports Club (Tier X)

-NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist

-Kettlebell Level 1 Certified

-Level 1 & Level 2 Precision Nutrition Certified

About the lesson

We will develop a rapport by getting to know one another through conversation. I will provide details about my background to give a better understanding of myself as well as explain why I have a passion for my profession and the time I spend to get better at it. I want to understand my client's goals completely, so we will converse about that. Then we move into the assessment of their current level and what may be limiting them. Then after establishing the parameters of which we will work together, we get to work.

Mostly general population, but also high level and professional athletes.

Be ready to work hard and reach your goals. Do not waste your time by not taking your health seriously. Make sure your coach understands you, just as much as they understand your goals.
