About Alex

I am a 19 year old who has been wanting to coach and teach the youth how to play ball, with efficiency and style. I have been playing basketball since i was 5 years old and played on organized basketball since 5 to recently graduating highschool. Playing varsity basketball since freshmen year of highschool. I will teach the youth the fundamentals, strategy, and overall IQ.

Teaching my little brothers. It was a blast and they've become pretty good players for their age groups. And i became passionate about teaching youth players while i was an assistant with many trainers.

Have played basketball since a very young age. Has had work with trainers. Assistant with many trainers. And have coached my 3 little brothers who all play basketball now.

Upon meeting with a student, introduce myself, get to know my student, then we will play any basketball game. It doesnt really matter what game specifically, i just use this to evaluate the skills or talent my student already has. Regardless of the amount of skill i always stand by building from the ground up, because getting the basics down will make any level of basketball player better. There are a lot of older players i know who still struggle with basic basketball fundamentals. After we get basics down we move to more advanced levels. Progression ultimately comes down to the student and how much they want to improve. I cant make the student better the student has to want to get better. What im doing is teaching them how to play the game and how to be efficient at it. But i cant teach heart and passion. Thats my philosophy.

Boys, girls, teens, kids, one adult. Ive worked with a variety of students. Some more skilled then others but they all do the same training.

Look for a trainer who doesn't discriminate based on skill. A trainer who will teach you not only to play the game, but to think the game.

Highschool game/career high

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How bad do you want to get better?
Are you willing to do hard work or sometimes simple but challenging work?
Are you patient enough to work through training?
