About Donegal

I’m Donegal Fergus. I coach, I teach, I learn and I help people reach their potential.

I have spent the last two decades working with coaches and players at all levels. I have forged relationships, built networks, grown in ways big and small and devoted my life to helping the unlock the best version inside each person I work with.

I’m still in constant pursuit of new methods and tools to help my players. Whether it’s technology advances, human psychology, or just plain old fashioned coaching feel, I have always strived to evolve, just as I challenge those I work with to do.

Wanted to give back to the game

20+ years as a college and professional hitting coach, including last season as Hitting Coordinator for the Minnesota Twins.

About the lesson

1 hour session to review swing knowledge and preview player development plan, followed by swing work.

All ages
