About Eric
I’ve been a pitcher since I was 7 and was fortunate to have learned the basics from neighborhood and traveling little league baseball teams in Brooklyn. I won a pitching award for the same Cadet team where Joe Torre played when he was a kid in the mid 1950’s. I later moved to Long Island where I played for the Bayside Yankees where we won the NABF title in 1986 in Michigan. I helped lead my high school baseball team get to the New York State Semi Finals in 1988. I had two 10 strikeout games in my college career and played adult baseball through my late 30s. I was fortunate enough to play with various players in my younger career who played with the likes of Derek Jeter, Nomar Garciaparra, Jason Varitek and Manny Ramirez.
My specialty is in the following.
1. Pitching mechanics,
2. Applying the right pressure on the baseball depending on the type of pitch.
3. Using lead shoulder to help spot the ball
4. Curve ball and change up if over 14
5. Much more depending on age
