He encouraged players to excell in their own strengths. Coach Mig reallly knows how to talk with a player so she understands and improves, no matter her innate talent or skill level. Coach Mig gave my daughter the confidence and skills to play with older girls and suceed.

I have never played softball before meeting Coach M, yet he saw potential and worked with me to get me where I am today. He treats all his players as family and will continue to care for them even off the field. For many girls and I he was seen as a father figure and an important role model.

As for his coaching abilities, he will make sure his players understand the movement being taught and will have much patience until they are able to do it correctly. Also whether he is with a full team or one on one, he will make sure your movement and form is all correct.

He has to be by far the best coach ever. He doesn’t only care about the sport, he genuinely cares about his players. He makes it his business to be there as a coach and shoulder to lean on. The knowledge he has on the sports he coaches is incomparable!

From the moment he begins to talk you know how much he loves the game and loves to coach. He exudes confidence and patience and it quickly resonates to the girls. Any child would be lucky to work with him. He will be that coach they will always remember. If I had to pick one major quality it would be his willingness. His willingness to repeat, to educate, to understand and to find a way to get through to the kids.

Coach Mig has more patience then any coach I ever had. I loved that he did not give up on teaching me how to be a good catcher.

Coach Mig brings out the best player in you. A great and patient coach, he will start over from scratch to teach you the right and best way how to play. His dedication and passion reflects in practices and games. Coach Mig not only focuses on the fundamentals but also the proper body mechanics and strength training needed to be a successful athlete. If I could do it all over again I would not hesitate to have coach Mig train/coach me !

Five stars is just not enough. Coach M is an incredible. I think every enlightened player he has coached can say the same. Every lesson Coach M teaches will be used not only on the field but off as well. He will enhance anyone’s ability with his patience, effective conditioning, and diligence in wanting each player to perform at their best.

Coach M has a lot of experience and knowledge about softball and is eager to share it with anyone willing to put in the work to improve. He will push you to your limits and overall make you a better/smarter player.

I like how honest and helpful he is. He always wants the best for his players especially if they want the best for themselves. 10/10 coach!!!

He would not yell at the kids if they did something wrong. He would just show the correct way. He also would ask to see there report cards. Which helped the kids keep up there grades.

He is very invested and helping each of us progress. He is determined and has never given up on any of us even if we are struggling.

What I liked about working with Coach marco was that he was very dedicated to the team and he taught the girls a lot of skills which helped them become the amazing players they are today.

Coach M has changed the way I was as a pitcher and as a person. I have accomplished so much throughout my softball career, and coach M was there through it all. He was able to change my mindset of the game. He made me a better athlete. I will forever be indebted to him!

He is always there to help. No matter how much practice we need to put in he’s there to help us and motivate us to keep on going and do better. I couldn’t ask for a better coach!

He is understanding, patient, and he is tough. He has the ability to turn ballet dancers into all star softball pitchers in no time at all. He makes sure the team takes responsibility for their actions. Players and parents alike will become part of a new family. Here in NY he was Coach of the year, which he deserves every year. You will not find a more caring, understanding and compassionate coach.

Coach Mig can be tough sometimes but he really pushes you to do the unthinkable. He can easily determine which aspect the player needs more work on and will push him/her to overcome and improve. Not only are his practices/lessons fun, they’re super beneficial. He serves as a great motivating source for his players and is someone whom you can always rely and trust. Overall he is a a great person and coach!
