About Lex

I am Lex Sanchez, current college baseball player at Hillsborough Community College. I see day in and day out what college programs are doing to take their players to the next level, as well as what they look for. I will take my clients through a day of training at the field including an arm care routine, throwing program, mechanical work, and speed and explosiveness training. This formula has brought results for myself, as well as many people whom I have worked with. I myself got my top pitching velocity from 85-94 within a year of doing this training. There are no shortcuts, but results will most definitely come if you stay consistent in your craft. I love sharing my experience with younger athletes because I feel it will help them as they go through high school and approach those college years. This game has taught me how to succeed on the field both mentally and physically.
