About Randy
NCAA college head coach with 20 years college coaching experience

I have a passion for baseball and love watching young players develop and gain confidence in themselves through baseball.
I started teaching lessons to supplement my income when I was a part-time coach trying to make ends meet. Now I enjoy seeing the progress of young baseball players that are passionate about baseball.

First lesson is a baseline experience to get a feel for the level of the player. From then on, each lesson will be tailored to enhance the athletes skill set.
I have worked with all different level of players, from beginners to polished players.
Look for someone that wants to get you better, not just make money.
Stick with it, it is a long process, it takes thousands of reps to create the correct muscle memory

Details
50 dollars an hour. I prefer a minimum 5 lesson guarantee from the customer. This is not to make more money, this is simply to allow the athlete to become familiar with the process of getting better. A onetime lesson will not allow the athlete to develop adequately.
