About Leonard
I have taught AP European History and AP World History for four years and I have a passion for making history come alive for students. I tell history through stories of people much like ourselves, relatable and understandable. Students will better understand their place in the world and in time.
I love teaching and spreading a love of learning about the world that we live in. History gives us a sense of where we are in time and place, of who we are as a people. Living without history would be like living without memory. The only way to plan out our future is to know where we have been and learn those lessons.

I begin by getting to know where the student is now. Once we understand what the strengths and weaknesses are, we can begin to come up with a plan on how to emphasize strengths and find ways to improve weaknesses. The student and tutor will come up with some goals and expectations on how work will be done. A finally, we will keep an attitude of positivity and fun in the work, because learning is always fun!
