About Terri
We support the continued academic growth of every young scholar. We do this by using a variety of reasearch-based and student centered strategies, customized to support your child's unique needs. Our focus is providing a safe, engaging and growth focused experience for all ages. Whether your young scholar is advanced or needs some additional support, we will work with you and your child to reach his/her goals.
I started teaching in elementary school in 1990. I have taught preschool through high school.
I have been a Washington State certifies teacher for 25 years. I have also specialized in curriculum and instruction. One of my areas of expertise is designing learning experiences to meet the individual needs of all children. I have also worked and directed highly capable and gifted education programs for two school districts. My role as a school administrator has supported teaching and learning for the past 15 years.
My passion is supporting every student until they feel successful!

I have worked with students in preschool through high school. I have worked in both rural and urban settings. In addition to working and supporting very advanced students, I have always enjoyed supporting students with learning disabilities. I enjoy a challenge as well so students who tend to avoid school and who may need a fresh start, I appreciate each of them and always aim to help them create and achieve their goals.
