About Palak
I have a degree in Biomedical Sciences and teaching qualification (PGCE) from Oxford University. I have been teaching for 26+ years and had several Teaching and Learning leadership roles. I am an education consultant supporting schools with improvement. I am passionate about teaching and would like to keep a hand in the curriculum and support students to achieve their best, while sharing best practice with schools. I love Biology, particularly how it links together, seeing patterns and building a whole picture from a molecular level to whole ecosystems.

As important as understanding the knowledge is being able to apply it, so we will work together to ensure you are able to apply learnt knowledge to novel concepts. Crucial to success is being able to analyse the question and framing your answer to get the marks needed, so for each topic we work on this skill.
