I am an ex-primary school teacher (9 years experience) who has successfully home educated my own children through the 11+. I have been privately tutoring for 6 months. I have experience of teacher SEN and gifted and talented children.

My teaching method is child centred. All children learn in their own way, and I like to spend a little time getting to know my student, and then I can plan and adapt my lessons to suit their particular learning style. My job as a teacher, a home educator and a tutor is to facilitate the child's natural curiosity, as well as to teach.
