About Victoria
I am an experienced educator with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, a minor in Education, an MBA, and I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Ethical Leadership at St. Thomas University. I have experience teaching elementary and high school students, as well as several years of experience leading educational programs. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen their skills, and realize that learning does not have to feel overwhelming. As both an educator and a mom, I bring patience, encouragement, organization, and a personalized approach to every student I work with.

My lessons are personalized, supportive, and designed around each student’s individual needs and learning style. As an experienced teacher and Ph.D. candidate in Ethical Leadership, I understand that every student learns differently. I can help with homework, writing, reading comprehension, study skills, organization, and overall academic confidence. My goal is to make learning less stressful, explain concepts in a way that makes sense, and help each student feel successful and capable.
