About Andy
I have always been in education whether learning or leading.
Since 2007 I have been working in specialist education teaching groups and individuals in Maths, English and PE. I have taught the primary curriculum all the way to BTEC level work.Since 2014 I have worked in SEN leadership leading to my current role as a Headteacher.
I have specialist training in supporting individuals in Autism, PDA and specific trauma informed practices.

I have experience across all levels a Sprrs and Exercise Science degree, PGCE, Masters in Education, NPQH and 15 years of SEN experience, 10 in Leadership positions in the state and independent sector.
