About Cédric
My different experiences, both personal and professional, have led me to always question myself on the notion of education, whether it is addressed to the youngest as well as to adults.
What do we expect from a person supposed to share their knowledge with us?
Obviously, this answer will depend on many variables depending on the individual, but I am convinced that universally, a "teacher" must always be benevolent , transparent for the continuous improvement of the student while knowing how to put the adequate forms there, and finally patient but with the capacity to go to seek the expected result.
I myself remain still young and I am perpetually in a process of increasing skills overall as I have so much to learn, I do not know whether I will be able to accompany you to perfection on your subjects but what I can promise you is to put all the intensity possible and imaginable, even more than yourself.

The relationship I want to forge with my students is like the one I had with the best teachers I have met during my career, whether academic or professional.

The course of my courses is simple, but above all agile and will be adapted according to the needs of the students.
My range of skills is wide and acquired through a course in business school up to Master 1 level, a school specializing in HR for Master 2 level and for 5 years now in the job market, in the consulting sector and in 2 main roles: Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) and Account Manager / Business Developer (Commercial).
At ease in French, English, Spanish, Management (theory + practice), Marketing, Written and oral communication, supporting people in the need and difficulties on a particular subject is a real challenge for me and that I take to heart.
