About Michael
I’m a software engineer with over 10 years of professional experience, most recently working as a Staff Engineer. I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class degree in Mathematics, where I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with Python and have applied computer science concepts in real-world systems, from designing scalable software to mentoring junior developers. This experience allows me to go beyond theory and help students understand how concepts are used in practice.
I’ve always enjoyed explaining complex ideas in a clear and intuitive way, and I take pride in helping students build confidence as well as technical ability. Whether you’re aiming for top grades or just starting out, I aim to make lessons engaging, structured, and tailored to your goals.
