About Jennifer
I have 14 years teaching experience. I have taught 10 years in elementary and 4 years in high school ESL/English. I have been tutoring throughout these years. Students show significant grade improvement (usually at least 1 letter grade). I have been tutoring some of my students for 3 years.

I believe in making learning meaningful. I encourage students to be active participants in their learning and have fun doing it.
I have experience with 2nd through 5th grade in all subject areas and 9th through 11th. I like to begin with a review and then go in to teaching/discussing the topic with hands-on learning when possible. Then leave time for practice.
