About Kade

Hi! I’m a passionate singing tutor with over 7 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music, specialising in Voice. I’ve had the joy of teaching students of all ages and levels—from school kids to college learners and adult professionals. My lessons are personalised to fit each student’s unique voice and goals. Whether you’re interested in classical, pop, movie, or folk singing, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I focus on developing strong ear training skills, harmony understanding, and improvisation techniques to enrich your musicality. Music theory is woven into lessons naturally, so it supports your singing without feeling overwhelming. Most importantly, I emphasise safe vocal techniques to protect and nurture your voice as it grows stronger. Building vocal confidence is a core part of my approach, helping students feel comfortable and expressive. My lessons are interactive and supportive, creating a positive space where mistakes become learning opportunities. I believe every voice is special and deserves to shine in its own way. Together, we’ll explore your potential and celebrate your progress. If you’re ready to begin or continue your musical journey, I’d love to work with you in an inspiring, encouraging environment. Let’s make music that feels true to you!

For **The Orchestra Member**, the singing lessons focus on strengthening music literacy and sight-singing to complement their instrumental skills. They begin with solid notation reading exercises, learning to quickly recognise notes and rhythms in various clefs. Interval training is introduced gradually, helping them identify pitch relationships essential for ensemble tuning. Rhythm exercises emphasise precision and timing, supporting their role in complex orchestral settings. Harmony building activities encourage understanding of chord structures, improving their ability to blend vocally with instrumental parts. Using sight-singing apps, they can practise daily, reinforcing pitch accuracy and sight recognition at their own pace. Rhythm trainers sharpen their internal pulse, syncing mind and body for flawless performance. Notation tools help visualise musical patterns, making abstract concepts tangible and easier to grasp. For **The Crossover Artist**, the approach is more versatile, blending classical music literacy with contemporary styles. They work on sight-singing to quickly learn new melodies, focusing on expressive interval work that enhances stylistic versatility. Rhythm exercises include syncopation and groove patterns, vital for genres beyond classical. Harmony building explores both traditional chords and modern voicings, broadening their musical palette. Sight-singing apps provide immediate feedback, boosting confidence in unfamiliar territory. Rhythm trainers build strong, adaptable timing skills necessary for diverse musical contexts. Notation tools support their creative process, bridging written music and improvisation. With steady practice, both personas develop a strong ear-mind-voice connection, making sight reading natural and enhancing their overall musicality. Consistency transforms challenge into mastery, fuelling artistic growth and enjoyment.
