About Roberta
My international academic path as well as my +15 years experience as a singer provided me with plenty of opportunities to develop as professional performer and tutor.
I am an experienced singer and an enthusiastic teacher. I graduated at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff with a postgraduate degree in MA Jazz (Jazz Singing). Before that, I graduated from Conservatorio di Musica Tito Schipa in Italy with a First class honours Bachelor's degree in Jazz Singing.
I was taught by Tina May, Nia Lynn, Brigitte Beraha, Susanna Stivali, Gaetano Riccobono, among others.
Music has always been my passion in life and I have been a professional musician most of my life. My performance experience, in large and small ensembles, includes a number of performances featured in the RWCMDʼs Amser Jazz Time series as well as numerous Jazz concerts in Italy. Currently I'm bandleader, singer, synth player, composer and arranger in the band Lunar Bird and session vocalist.

Perfect! Beyond blessed to have her as my tutor. Everything a beginner or an insecure singer needs is what she can give you. The support I'm getting from her and her belief in my abilities are just beyond the words can express. So professional, and at the same time, a true friend, with an ability to understand her student on a deeper level. You're a God's gift, Roberta.

A responsible, careful and patient teacher. Attention to detail.
Roberta taught me breathing exercises and how to improvise over basic Jazz chord progressions with singing and I was absolutely blown away by her knowledge, professionalism and patience with my inexpertise. She's able to explain advanced concepts in a way that's suited to my learning style/abilities and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone, whether beginner or advanced. 10/10
