About Kathryn

I believe that all students are capable of high achievement when the right expectations and the right teaching are in place.
My role is to make that possible. I set clear, realistic, and appropriately challenging expectations for every learner, then teach them exactly how to meet them. Progress is built step by step, with no gaps left unaddressed.
I do not lower expectations for students who find learning difficult. Instead, I adapt the teaching so that success becomes achievable. This builds both skill and confidence in a meaningful, lasting way.
Students I work with learn how to approach tasks, not just complete them. Over time, they become more independent, more accurate, and more assured in their learning.
I value consistency, clarity, and effort. When these are in place, progress follows.
