Hello! My name is Shahana, and I am a passionate science educator with a Master of Science degree in Zoology. I have extensive experience working as a full-time Biology teacher, where I developed a deep love for helping students unlock the wonders of the natural world.
Teaching is incredibly rewarding to me because I enjoy breaking down complex scientific concepts into simple, understandable ideas. My goal as a tutor is to build my students' academic confidence, spark their curiosity, and help them achieve their personal best. As a qualified Zoology postgraduate and experienced former full-time school teacher, my lessons are designed to make science both accessible and deeply engaging. I adapt my teaching methods to suit the unique learning styles of both primary and secondary school pupils.
