About Carole
I have taught in schools and colleges for more than 20 years, in primary and middle schools and also for adult learners up to exam standard. I have also taught adult key and functional skills in outreach settings and coached adults through exam syllabus to reach pass standards with success.

I can tailor lessons to the individual student, starting with where they are at and focus on areas for development. I like to use practical contexts wherever possible to give meaning to the lesson outcomes. I break down larger concepts into bite size chunks of learning as appropriate to the student and I like to include games and puzzles where possible according to the student's needs to reinforce the learning.
