About Sola

I have been teaching SAT Reading and Writing since 2016, and by now I have mastered the strategies needed for students to achieve their desired scores in the exam. Since 2016, I have taught the SAT Reading and Writing to a number of students who did well in their SAT.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology involves SAT Reading and Writing content and strategy instruction, guided practice and continuous assessment. I also identify the strengths and weaknesses of my students in order to find a personalized way of helping them improve. Another method I utilize is to explain the reasons why wrong options are wrong and the reasons why correct options are correct as this will definitely help the students improve.

I’m really glad for the IELTS classes I took with Mr. Sola. Before the classes, I struggled with some parts of the test, especially Reading and Writing. The classes were very structured, and the strategies he taught me were very helpful.
