About Francis
I am a 29-year-old local boy (Hutt Valley) who has always been a part of rugby in some way. Whether it was when I first picked up a ball at 2 years old, to the first All Black game I watched on TV, to the first match I played, rugby has always been a big part of my life. I've met a lot of friends along the way and believe sport in general is a crucial part of a person's development. Lessons learned from being a part of a team not only will help in rugby but also in life.

Lessons can be catered to all ages and skill levels. I am a back myself but a lot of the areas of the game I can teach are things all players should be able to do. A list of things I'd focus on in a session, but not limited to;
- catch and pass
- tackle technique
- ruck work
On top of all this a mental approach to preparing for rugby. This may include
- understanding defense and attacking patterns
- the ability to stay calm under pressure
