About Xanthe
I have been coaching professionally and voluntarily since 2015. I coordinate all GB triallists at RRC and recently had one girl invited to the J16 GB Sculling Camp as well as a J2x making the QF of HWR. I previously represented GB in sweep after winning the GB JW2- trial and coming 8th in the single.

I usually start by identifying key areas for improvement with my students. I then use a range of discussions & exercises to get the changes required in the boat. I think it is important for my students to understand why they need to make a change.
