About Khadijah
I am a dedicated and patient Quran tutor with hands-on experience teaching children in Sunday school programs, summer camps, and private one-on-one lessons, both in person and online. I have worked with students ages 4–15, guiding them from learning the Arabic alphabet to reading the Quran with proper tajwīd and memorization. I value creating a safe, respectful, friendly, and encouraging learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and progressing at their own pace. I teach Quran to children ages 4–15, from complete beginners to students working on reading and memorization. I have experience teaching at a Sunday school, leading Quran classes during summer camps, and giving private in-person and online lessons.
My lessons focus on learning the Arabic alphabet, correct pronunciation, and reading the Quran with proper tajwīd in a gentle and structured way. I adapt my teaching style to each child’s age and level, creating a supportive and friendly environment that helps students build confidence, love the Quran, and progress at their own pace.
