I'm Arti Keyal, trained Midlife & Older Adult Women Mental Health Counselor & mother of two handsome sons and I'm passionate about helping Indian women bust the midlife myths about what’s possible and navigate middle age, so you can really thrive, not just survive. With the general lack of positive support around such significant life events as menopause and midlife, I apply my personal and professional experiences to be there with you/ your mother in your journey.
