About Maria
I have a PhD in cognitive auditory neuroscience and am an established researcher in speech sciences, spoken language development, human-computer interaction and occupational psychology. I have taught in universities for over 25 years, and held a professorship for the last 10 years. I am an experienced statistician (undergrad was a double major in statistics) and also careers coach.

I really enjoy teaching students, especially when they feel they “can’t” do statistics. My passion is to build confidence in your skills and reach the goals you set for yourself. My goal is to support you but yet help you find the way that works best with your style of learning. I know I am not the cheapest here but I promise it is worth it as rarely would you get a highly experienced professor. I will also tutor more than one student in the lesson to make it more accessible for those stretched to pay my rates (£95 for 1 student, £110 for 2 students and £120 for 3 students).
