The methods I'm using is expeditionary as well as facilitation. By making use of the two methods I ensure that students do understand what is being expected of them. As a last resort I use Inquiry based method. Here I create an environment where the student have to enquire and both teacher and student find a solution. It gives them sense of self perseverance and motivates them more to succeed. Also good exercises for brain P.A.C.E

Lesson planning are based on
1.psychometrical outcome of the student, which I do myself.
2. Student needs
3. Identify goals and objectives of both student and parent.
Based on these needs I compile lessons. The requirements of WCED must also be considered when dealing with CAPS.
