She has led corporate departments, small businesses, and served as a Human Resources trainer and director across the United States, in Europe & Singapore. She has extensive experience in teaching children and adults how to speak and communicate effectively with peers, managers and groups. Professional communication is an art and a science. My lessons are customized to your specific needs and goals including:
1) Start with your goal: Where do I want to take my career and what is holding me back today? Set your plan with three key goals. First Assignment with current work example.
2) Current challenges: In-depth analysis of your current work product, assignments and communication challenges. Feedback and practice with Assignment.
3) Personal speech coaching including pronunciation, word choice and professional conversations.
4) Presentations: Review and/or prepare a PowerPoint presentation with recommendations to capture your audience.
5) Presentation practice online and in a live meeting: work on improving your presentation style to impress your audience every time.
