About Karam
I’ve always enjoyed being around children and have a genuine interest in how they learn and develop. I’m a positive, patient and down-to-earth person, and I really value creating good relationships with the students I work with.
I love seeing students become more confident in themselves and their abilities. I’m also a big believer in making learning something to feel good about, rather than something to be nervous or stressed about.

I’m a primary school teacher with 5 years of classroom experience, teaching students across all primary school subjects.
I take a patient and encouraging approach, adapting lessons to each student’s needs and learning style. I particularly enjoy teaching maths and helping students build confidence with concepts they may find challenging. Lessons are engaging, practical and focused on understanding rather than simply memorising.
I work with primary-aged students and can support homework, revision, foundational skills or specific areas they would like to improve. Lessons are typically 45–60 minutes, depending on the student’s age and needs.
