About Fazilat

I have taught for the past 5 years in a mainstream classroom and will be teaching in year 5 for the next academic year. I am passionate about making a difference to each individual child and want to be able to see the light bulb moment from when a child makes leaps of progress.

About the lesson

I would tailor each session according to a child’s needs by first completing an initial assessment and based on that outline the agreed steps. I will then adjust and adapt each session with the appropriate manipulatives and materials to ensure deepened understanding. I will also recap prior learning to ensure that the child can recall earlier taught sessions.
