• Over eight years’ experience as Senior Management Director in the successful national scale up of a $140 million STEM initiative, the National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI), focused on educational reform, curriculum design and implementation, and school culture transformation in over 500 schools in 28 states
• Over ten years’ experience as a Program Director designing, implementing, and sustaining educational incentive programs in the core disciplines
• Vice President of Business Development responsible for scaling and implementation of the Laying the Foundation Teacher Training Program enabling 10,000 educators a year to improve the quality of their instruction to increase student success and close the achievement gap
• Assisted in developing and expanding private and public donor support and sustainability for educational non-profit organizations in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and Virginia
