About Ayesha
I’m a UK-based physiotherapist with a postgraduate degree in Public Health — but more importantly, I’m someone who deeply believes in the power of movement, education, and personalised care to transform lives. Over the years, my passion has shifted towards helping others understand and apply functional muscle training, particularly in the pre- and postnatal period. As a mother myself, I know firsthand how important it is to move with confidence, rebuild strength safely, and feel supported — both physically and emotionally — during such a transformative time. That’s why I teach. To empower others — whether they’re new mums, fitness professionals, or students — with knowledge that is practical, science-based, and truly personalised. I break down complex concepts into real, usable tools, whether it's understanding how to engage the core safely after birth, supporting pelvic floor health, or designing effective recovery-based training programmes. My approach is grounded in compassion, clarity, and evidence. I want every student or client I work with to feel confident in their body, understand its changes, and be equipped to support others with the same care.
