About Urmila
Hello! I am Urmila, an experienced Nursing Educator and Online Tutor with an M.Sc. in Nursing, specializing in Medical-Surgical Nursing with a Super-Specialization in Critical Care Nursing.
I have 2.7 years of university-level teaching experience and have taught and mentored both national and international students. My teaching experience includes Biology, Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, Community Health Nursing, and other nursing-related subjects.
I believe that every student can understand difficult concepts when they are explained in a simple, structured, and relatable way. My teaching focuses on building strong concepts rather than encouraging students to memorize information.
I use diagrams, clinical examples, case-based discussions, interactive explanations, question-solving, and revision techniques to make learning interesting and effective.

# About the Class
My online classes are interactive, simple, and personalized according to each student's learning needs. I explain Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Nursing concepts step-by-step using diagrams, flowcharts, clinical examples, and case-based learning.
Each class focuses on understanding concepts rather than memorizing them. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate throughout the session.
Classes can be customized for school students, undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students, international students, examination preparation, revision, or students who need additional academic support.
My aim is to make every class clear, engaging, practical, and easy to understand while helping students build confidence in their subject.
