About Depak
I'm a native English speaker with a deep love for language and storytelling. I spend much of my time reading a wide range of books, from classic novels to imaginative children’s stories, and I enjoy writing my own tales for young readers. I believe in the power of creativity to inspire learning and self-expression, and I bring that same energy into my lessons. Outside of teaching, I enjoy a variety of hands-on and mindful activities. I love getting stuck into DIY projects, tending to my garden, and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes. I also make time for yoga and cycling, which help me stay balanced and focused. These interests keep me curious and grounded—qualities I aim to pass on to my students.

I offer creative, student-centred English lessons with a focus on reading and writing. Using an inquiry-based approach, I encourage learners to explore texts, ask questions, and express themselves with confidence. Each lesson is 60 minutes and personalised to suit the student’s interests, needs, and learning style. I have experience helping family members with English studies and supporting writers in online forums. Lessons are suitable for learners aged 7 and up, whether they're just starting out or looking to strengthen their skills in a supportive, engaging environment.
