About Daniel
I’m Daniel, a friendly and creative music tutor with 17 years of playing experience and over 3 years of teaching and tutoring in schools.
I’ve studied both music and film at university level and currently play in a band, with experience performing, recording and producing music.
I’m passionate about helping others discover their own musical voice, build confidence and explore their creativity through music.

My lessons are personalised, creative and student led. We’ll start by understanding what you want to learn and achieve, then I’ll prepare each lesson around your interests, strengths and goals.
Rather than focusing heavily on traditional notation, we’ll explore melody, harmony, rhythm, texture, instrumentation, tonality, dynamics, structure and arrangement through music you enjoy.
I teach complete beginners to intermediate students, both children and adults, with over 3 years of teaching experience and 17 years of playing music.
