About Qibo

I am a big fan of muscle builder and start my private teaching since 3 years ago. I have helped about 47 students to lose weight, correct their actions, gain their muscle. I am a registered student in Queen's University Belfast.

About the lesson

My teaching method is giving my students good patience and correct their actions and sense during practice. I have already have a lot of experience about hurt and injury because I did not learn my body every well, so I will use my own experience to let my students to learn their body and find their own way to develop their body.
