About Amannda
I am a dedicated educator with experience teaching students from elementary through high school in both general education and diverse learning environments. I currently work as a multi-age classroom teacher and have experience supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, English language learners, and students with varying academic needs.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Anthropology from Arizona State University and later completed my Master’s in Secondary Education with a specialty in Chemistry. My background in education, leadership, and student support has helped me develop strong communication, patience, and adaptability skills.
I strive to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence in their abilities.

I create engaging, supportive, and personalized lessons based on each student’s learning style and academic goals. With over 5 years of experience teaching elementary through high school students, I focus on building confidence while helping students truly understand the material rather than just memorizing it.
A typical lesson includes reviewing previous concepts, guided practice, interactive activities, and independent application to make sure students feel successful and supported. I use differentiated instruction techniques, visual supports, and real-world examples to keep lessons engaging and accessible for all learners, including students with diverse learning needs.
