About Savannah
I am a university business student who will be graduating by the end of the year. I have personal experience with many different mental illnesses, including eating disorders, and want to help you make peace with food. Nutrition does not mean depriving yourself of the foods you want!

About the lesson

These classes are open to people of all ages (including school age children). I will start the class with a mindfulness exercise and 'check in' with everyone to assess how everyone is doing and feeling (if individual sessions we will still do this). After this I will introduce and teach a topic surrounding nutrition and food freedom. It will be an open and safe space where everyone can participate.
