About Wenping
I am a consultant professionally and received a master degree of science. I started meditating since 2013 in order to improve my sleep quality and deal with my stress and anxiety. I have attended two 10-day retreat, one 5-day and two 2-day retreats for the past years. Now I can effectively minimize my negative emotions by practicing meditation or mindfulness practices. I look forward to seeing more people to gain this kind of peace of mind as I do.

In my teachings, I will start with awareness meditation to create a peaceful mind and joyful heart. I will guide students to use any situation or experience, even difficult emotions and physical pain, as a gateway to inner peace.
The students will learn:
- How to use visual objects, sounds, tastes, and other sense objects as supports for awareness in meditation
- How to transform your relationship to physical pain, difficult emotions, and destructive thought patterns using the practice of awareness meditation
- How to deal with distractions and obstacles in meditation, such as excessive thought activity, sleepiness, and discouragement
- How to start a daily meditation practice, including the correct meditation posture and the ideal length of a meditation session
