About May
While I am beginning my formal tutoring journey, I have experience helping classmates understand maths by explaining difficult topics in simple, clear steps. Through the RAF Air Cadets, I have also developed mentoring, leadership, and communication skills. Having recently completed my GCSEs, I understand the curriculum and enjoy helping students build confidence and achieve their goals.

My lessons are relaxed, friendly, and tailored to each student. I like to start by understanding what they find challenging, then work through topics step-by-step at a pace that suits them. We’ll practise questions together, go through mistakes, and build confidence over time. My aim is to make Maths feel less intimidating and help students feel proud of their progress.
