About Jericha
Hello! I’m Ecka, an experienced Mathematics teacher and Master Teacher with 15+ years of teaching experience.
I specialize in helping learners build strong mathematical foundations, understand challenging concepts, and develop confidence in solving problems. I have taught learners from elementary to secondary level and have also coached students for mathematics competitions.
As an educator, I believe learning Math should be clear, supportive, and meaningful. I’m patient, approachable, and committed to adapting my lessons to each learner’s needs and goals.

I believe Math becomes easier when concepts are explained clearly and lessons are tailored to each learner.
With 15+ years of teaching experience as a Master Teacher and Mathematics Department Head, I use simple explanations, visual examples, guided practice, and real-world applications to make Math engaging and understandable.
Each lesson begins with a quick review, followed by concept instruction, worked examples, guided practice, and independent problem-solving. I adjust the pace and activities based on the learner’s needs and goals.
What sets me apart is my experience as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer, and Math competition coach. I help learners not only solve problems, but understand the “why” behind them.
