About Matheko
I taught mathematics for about 19 years from grade 8 to 12. Presently I mentor teachers on Mathematical pedagogical content knowledge. I emphasis more on inclusive teaching strategies because of diversity of learners. Use of instructional material including technology to enhance learning is advocated.

I have noticed that traditional teaching approach (chalk and talk) ignores the fact that learners have different learning styles and preferences, therefore I use inclusive teaching methods. I strive for lessons that are accessible to learners from diverse backgrounds.
