About Kurtis
I tutor for GCSE and A level chemistry. With all of my 2000+ lessons being exclusively Chemistry.
I am 28 years old and have a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Manchester.
I work with my students through mark schemes, helping them to interpret them, and revise independently. I emphasise the need for accurate terminology in explanations and clear working out of calculations. Also, I help students understand the structure of standard exam questions as well as approaches to unfamiliar ones.
I am particularly well set up for online tuition with a large dedicated office, superfast fibre broadband connection, HD webcam and an absolute wealth of digital resources.
I think that the main reason my students enjoy my teaching so much and are so successful is that everything is bespoke to their needs.
