As a tutor, my approach is grounded in data-driven instruction. I begin by assessing each student’s specific strengths and areas for growth, then design differentiated lessons tailored to meet their individual needs. My lessons follow a structured yet flexible format: we start with explicit instruction to introduce or reinforce key concepts, move into guided practice with prompting and feedback, and finish with independent practice to build mastery and confidence.
