About Kier
TeachSir Kier is an educator and education consultant with experience spanning classroom instruction, academic coordination, teacher development, curriculum and learning resource development, and educational leadership. With a background in elementary education and graduate studies in Educational Administration, he brings both classroom-based experience and a systems perspective to teaching and learning.
His expertise includes instructional planning and delivery, curriculum development, development of learning modules and educational resources, teacher mentoring and professional development, academic program coordination, learner-centered education, and educational leadership and administration. He has worked with learners across different settings, including formal school environments and online education, allowing him to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs and contexts.
As an academic coordinator and faculty member, he has also developed expertise in academic program implementation, instructional quality, teacher support, assessment, and school-based decision-making. His current academic work in Educational Administration further strengthens his interest in school leadership, financial management, institutional sustainability, and evidence-informed educational practices.
