From my teaching and tutoring experience, I have learned that it is vital to get to know how each student learns, what is the preferred learning style. Knowing this makes a huge difference to how the student progresses. Building a strong and trusting relationship is also essential in building student confidence.
I am highly experienced in preparing students for both GCSE and A Level exams having taught and marked exams for over 20 years. I have detailed knowledge of all major exam boards and an extensive knowledge of the main Literature texts studied. I can offer a wealth of differentiated materials and resources to support learning and revision. I have a specialism in supporting students with ADHD and processing skills. I have also coached students with exam revision techniques and time management.
