About Alicia
Hi, I’m a Band 6 achiever in English Advanced and Extension with four years of tutoring experience. I’m currently studying Honours at UNSW. I enjoy helping students break down tricky essay questions, build strong writing skills, and feel confident going into assessments and exams.

The lesson will involve revising and comprehending course content that you find challenging, as well as tailoring the lesson to any individual needs, learning styles and techniques. I have experience tutoring and look forward to teaching and guiding you with the knowledge I have gained in both tutoring and my education.
My lessons will also specifically consist of content comprehension, examination preparation, detailed feedback and concise revision slides.
I achieved Band 6/ E4 in Three Unit English which equipped me with time management and study techniques that I would love to pass on to students. I studied Economics, Biology, Legal Studies and 4 Unit English for the HSC. I am happy to advise on any of the above subjects if needed.
English Advanced is my strength, achieving a Band 6 in the HSC. My year group was the second cohort to study the new syllabus. I can tutor both standard and advanced, equipping students with analytical writing, language devices, essay writing, sentence structure, exam preparation and any other queries.
