About Leah
I am a Registered Nurse with 22 years of diverse clinical experience, including hospital nursing, long-term care, and home health. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am currently completing my Master of Science in Nursing Education. I also help run a home care agency, where I support Veterans and their families. While I’ve worked in many areas of nursing, teaching has always been my true passion. As a health science educator with in-person teaching experience, I enjoy helping students build confidence, master complex concepts, and reach their academic and professional goals. Outside of nursing and teaching, I’m married and a proud mom of four.

Leah is both an old teacher of mine and one of my current bosses. She was one of the best teachers I’ve had and was very good as an instructor. She taught well and is the reason i decided to go into healthcare as a profession.
